About Yeagle
Technology Inc.
Yeagle Technology Inc., known as YTI, is a nationwide vacuum technology company specializing in vacuum coating systems, cryogenic equipment service, high-vacuum engineering, custom fabrication, equipment refurbishment, replacement components, field service, and equipment sales and rental.
From our headquarters in Ashford, Connecticut, YTI helps manufacturers, coating facilities, research laboratories, universities, medical technology companies, and production teams improve equipment reliability, recover from downtime, modernize aging systems, and protect long-term process performance.
Our company
More than four decades of specialized vacuum technology experience
Since 1984, YTI has focused on the equipment, processes, and infrastructure required to create and maintain dependable vacuum environments. What began as specialized support for vacuum deposition and cryogenic refrigeration has developed into a comprehensive technical resource for customers operating production-critical vacuum equipment throughout the United States.
Vacuum technology is rarely a single-component problem. A chamber may depend on pumps, valves, feedthroughs, cooling circuits, cryogenic equipment, deposition sources, power supplies, controls, instrumentation, seals, utilities, software, and the condition of the process hardware working together. YTI’s value comes from understanding those relationships and helping customers solve the complete problem rather than replacing parts without identifying the underlying cause.
Our work includes complete vacuum coating systems, nationwide field and depot service, custom vacuum engineering and fabrication, tested components and replacement parts, and remanufactured equipment sales and rental. This breadth allows YTI to support customers from initial troubleshooting through repair, redesign, rebuild, testing, installation, and ongoing preventive maintenance.
We serve both modern and legacy equipment. When an original manufacturer no longer supports a system, documentation is incomplete, or replacement equipment would create excessive cost and downtime, YTI can help evaluate practical repair, retrofit, repurpose, remanufacturing, and modernization options.
Mission and values
Helping customers protect uptime, throughput, quality, and equipment life
YTI’s mission is to deliver reliable vacuum equipment, responsive technical service, and application-focused solutions that help customers achieve stable performance, consistent production, and a lower total cost of equipment ownership.
We aim to be a long-term technical partner, not simply a source for a repair or replacement part. That means understanding the customer’s process, responding honestly, communicating clearly, and recommending the solution that best supports the equipment and operation.
Precision
Vacuum equipment depends on accurate machining, clean assembly, reliable sealing, controlled processes, and careful testing. YTI approaches each repair, component, and system with those requirements in mind.
Performance
The goal is not simply to make equipment turn on. The goal is to restore or improve the performance needed for pump-down, base pressure, cooling, process stability, repeatability, uptime, and production.
Partnership
Strong technical relationships are built through responsive support, practical advice, documentation, honest communication, and an understanding of the customer’s operation.
Accountability
YTI combines engineering, service, machining, fabrication, electronics, testing, and cryogenic capabilities so more of the work can be controlled and verified by one team.
Complete vacuum technology support
One technical partner across the equipment lifecycle
YTI supports vacuum and cryogenic equipment from initial system planning through installation, production, maintenance, repair, rebuilding, modernization, and replacement.

Engineering, machining, fabrication, electronics, and testing under one roof
YTI’s Ashford facility brings together the practical capabilities needed to diagnose, repair, rebuild, modify, manufacture, and verify vacuum equipment. Keeping these functions connected improves communication between disciplines and gives customers a clearer path from initial problem to completed solution.
Instead of sending each part of a project to a different vendor, YTI can coordinate the mechanical, electrical, cryogenic, vacuum, controls, and fabrication requirements as a complete scope.
