New Vacuum Coating Systems
At YTI we sell, design, build and install new vacuum coating systems engineered for reliable thin-film deposition, high uptime, and long-term serviceability. Our new systems are built to order and configured to your specific materials, throughput, and process requirements. Unlike off-the-shelf platforms, YTI systems combine modern vacuum technology, proven deposition hardware, and flexible automation, backed by decades of field experience.
YTI builds new vacuum coating equipment for:
- Optical and IR coatings
- Semiconductor and microelectronics
- Metallized plastics and packaging films
- Advanced materials and R&D
- Pilot production and scalable manufacturing
Each system is engineered to balance performance, reliability, and total cost of ownership.
Modern Controls & Automation
- All new systems can include:
- PLC-based automation
- Recipe control and sequencing
- Integrated safety interlocks
- Data logging and diagnostics
- Custom operator interfaces
Automation is tailored to your workflow—from manual operation to fully automated production.
Refurbished Vacuum Coating Systems
Yeagle Technology (YTI) offers refurbished and remanufactured vacuum coating systems that deliver reliable thin-film performance at a significantly lower cost than new equipment. Every refurbished system is rebuilt, tested, and validated by YTI’s in-house engineering and service teams. Unlike “as-is” used equipment, YTI refurbished systems are fully evaluated, upgraded where needed, and supported long-term—making them an ideal solution for production, pilot lines, and R&D environments.
What “Refurbished” Means at YTI
Each refurbished vacuum coating system undergoes a structured rebuild process that may include:
- Chamber inspection, repair, and resurfacing
- Complete pump package evaluation and rebuild
- Cryogenic system service (cryochillers and cryopumps, as applicable)
- Power supply and controller repair or replacement
- Feedthrough, valve, and seal replacement
- Electrical and safety verification
- Full vacuum and performance testing
Systems are rebuilt to meet current performance requirements, not simply restored to their original condition.
