YTI currently has two Varian HS-20 diffusion pumps immediately available for purchase at $18,500 each or for temporary rental by quote.
The 20-inch Varian HS diffusion-pump family was designed for high-throughput industrial vacuum applications where dependable pumping capacity and relatively straightforward diffusion-pump construction make the equipment practical for long-term production use.
Applications for pumps in this size class include vacuum coating, thermal processing, metallizing, heat treatment, optical coating, electronics manufacturing and other industrial processes requiring dependable high vacuum.
These YTI units also offer an advantage over a basic used-equipment listing because heater and paint customization can be discussed before the pumps are returned to service. That can help when matching an existing electrical installation, restoring legacy equipment or preparing a replacement pump for a production system.
