Varian HS-35 high-vacuum diffusion pump
The Varian HS-35 is a large industrial oil diffusion pump designed for applications that require substantial high-vacuum pumping capacity and dependable operation in production environments.
Pumps in the HS-35 family have been used in vacuum coating, metallizing, optical coating, vacuum furnaces, heat treatment, thin-film processing and other industrial vacuum systems where high gas throughput and large chamber volumes are common.
YTI currently has HS-35 equipment available for purchase and rental. One unit is immediately available, with additional pumps expected within approximately two weeks.
Because HS-35 pumps may have been produced in different configurations or modified during years of industrial use, YTI confirms the actual flange arrangement, heaters, electrical configuration, cooling, internal condition and included hardware before the physical pump is quoted.
YTI also supports customer-owned HS-35 pumps through complete refurbishment. That service includes teardown, cleaning, jet-stack inspection, heater evaluation, resealing, fresh application-correct pump fluid, helium leak testing and performance verification before return to service.
